Job Title: Exam Invigilator
Location: Spalding
Salary Range: £90 - £110 per day
Contract: Day-to-day / Long-term | Part-time / Full-time

GSL Education are currently recruiting Exam Invigilators to assist schools in Spalding throughout the exam seasons. This is a part-time, flexible opportunity ideal for retired professionals, university students, or anyone looking to earn extra income. You can expect around 20 to 30 working days per academic year, mostly during the main exam periods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing examination rooms in line with school and exam board regulations.
- Distributing and collecting exam papers and materials accurately.
- Supervising students during exams and ensuring all rules are followed.
- Reporting any irregularities or incidents following school policies.
- Providing reassurance and maintaining a calm environment for students.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in schools or exam invigilation is desirable but not essential — full training can be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow set procedures.
- Good communication skills and a calm, professional manner.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with availability during school hours.
- Willingness to work morning and/or afternoon sessions, sometimes at short notice.
