SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Newham, E16 2AW
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Long Term, Full Time
Hours: 8:30am – 4:15pm
Salary: £90–£105 per day (dependent on experience)
About the Role:
GSL Education is currently looking for a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic school in Newham. The role involves working with pupils who have a range of special educational needs, providing dedicated 1:1 support and leading targeted interventions. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity to become part of a welcoming and inclusive school team.
Requirements:

Proven experience supporting children with SEN, ideally within a school setting.

A patient, nurturing, and resilient approach.

Ability to deliver tailored 1:1 support and small group interventions.

Willingness to assist with personal care, including nappy changing.

A strong team player committed to upholding school policies.
