Job Advert: Early Career Teachers
Location: Lincoln
Salary: £32,916– £51,048 per annum
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time – Available on supply vacancies
Are you finishing your teacher training and looking for your first job in a school? GSL Education are looking for Early Career Teachers to work in secondary schools across Lincoln and nearby areas.
We have many schools in the area looking for Early Career Teachers, and we can help you find the right one. Whether you want to work full-time or part-time, or try out different schools on supply, we will help you every step of the way.
This is the perfect time for Early Career Teachers to build confidence, gain experience, and start making a difference in the classroom.
Responsibilities:
- Teach fun and engaging lessons
- Help all students learn and do their best
- Keep track of students’ progress and give feedback
- Make sure your classroom is safe and welcoming
- Work well with other teachers and staff
- Take part in school activities and meetings
- Join training sessions to keep learning and growing
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or working towards it by September 2025
- A real passion for teaching and helping students
- Good communication and organisation skills
- A friendly and positive attitude
- Willing to work as part of a team
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or happy to apply for one)
