Job Title: Primary Supply Teacher

Location: Spalding, Lincolnshire
Start Date: ASAP
Daily Rate: £130 – £180 (Depending on experience)
Contract Type: Full-time/Part-time

GSL Education Lincolnshire is looking for dedicated and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers for different primary schools in Spalding and nearby areas. Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.

  • Provide PPA cover and ensure continuity of learning in the teacher’s absence.

  • Maintain positive classroom behaviour and create an inspiring learning atmosphere.

  • Follow planning provided by the class teacher and adapt to different school environments.

  • Build positive relationships with pupils and staff, contributing to a supportive school community.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified Primary Teacher (QTS) or ECT eager to gain more experience.

  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.

  • Flexibility and confidence in teaching across all primary key stages.

  • A proactive and reliable approach to supply work.

  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
