GSL Education work with a school in Compton which is a 23 mins drive from Chichester area that are looking for dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to support students with special educational needs.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide tailored support to students with special educational needs, working either 1:1 or in small groups. You will assist in the development and implementation of individual education plans and work closely with class teachers to deliver targeted interventions. This role offers both day-to-day and long-term positions, providing flexibility to suit your availability.

The school in Compton which is a 23 mins drive from Chichester is a specialist setting for children aged 7–16 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Many pupils also present with additional challenges such as Autism, ADHD, Attachment Disorders, Anxiety, and Speech and Language difficulties.
