Job Title: ECT Primary Teacher
Location: Rotherham
Pay Rate: £150 – £230 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are seeking an ECT Primary Teacher to join a school in the Rotherham area immediately. This role provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality lessons, support pupils’ development, and contribute to a positive and thriving school community.
As an ECT Primary Teacher, you will:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Support pupils’ academic, social, and personal development.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support pupils’ holistic development.
Requirements for the role of ECT Primary Teacher:
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is preferable.
- Recent or upcoming Early Career Teacher experience.
- Strong classroom management, organisational, and communication skills.
- Creativity, enthusiasm, and a passion for inspiring young learners.
- An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
- A full CV covering the last 10 years, with explanations for any employment gaps.
