Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher looking to make a difference in the lives of young people with additional needs? GSL Education Ltd are seeking a passionate SEN Teacher to work in specialist and alternative provisions across the Boston area.
This role is perfect for a teacher with experience in SEN and/or SEMH settings who is open to the flexibility and variety that comes with supply teaching.

Delivering engaging, personalised lessons tailored to students’ individual needs.

Adapting resources to ensure learning is accessible and enjoyable.

Working closely with support staff and external agencies to create a nurturing environment.

Promoting positive behaviour, resilience, and independence in every learner.
✅ What We’re Looking For:

A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) with SEN/SEMH experience.

Someone who’s flexible, resilient, and open to working on supply.

Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.

An up-to-date enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply through GSL).
