Job Title: Early Years Teaching Assistant
Location: Kensington and Chelsea
Salary: £95–£105 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time, long-term role
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role:
GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Kensington and Chelsea. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity to support young learners in their first steps of education, helping them develop both academically and socially in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting children in Early Years with their learning and play activities.

  • Assisting the class teacher in preparing and delivering engaging lessons.

  • Helping to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.

  • Encouraging children’s independence and social development through positive reinforcement.

  • Providing 1:1 or small group support when needed.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience working in Early Years or with SEN pupils is desirable.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A positive, proactive, and nurturing approach to supporting children’s learning.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and support staff.

  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
