Well, I am not too sure what to say about myself that is not really cliché or cheesy for a business website but here it goes!

Thought I would get this out their early, I support Sunderland (for my Sins!) but do not hold that against me someone has too!

I studied Psychology at University and was fortunate enough to travel the world Rowing in a competitive and coaching capacity.

Born and bred in the North East, I am passionate about where I live and the people who live here. I guess the beauty of my job is that I potentially get to help those who need it most. This will be my 5th year as an Education Recruitment Consultant. I like to think I have found my place in the industry working with Specialist SEN settings.

The most satisfying part of my job is knowing that I have been able to help that learner find a suitable support assistant/tutor to help them Monday to Friday. It is knowing that 6 months down the line that learner could well be working above and beyond what they thought was possible. That is why I work the long hours, to make a difference to a learner who needs that little bit of extra help!

In the time I have worked in the Industry I have learnt that honest and transparent communication with both the schools I work with and the candidates I aim to help, gets the best results so that’s what you will get!
