As an experienced recruitment consultant who has specialised in education for over six years, I have built partnerships with over 50 schools. These are mainly based in West London and the Home Counties. Part of my role is dedicated to finding the right candidates that meet the school’s specific requirements, ethos, and values.
My work is driven by integrity, honesty and understanding that every school is different. I ensure that each candidate I recruit is vetted thoroughly to meet the Department for Education’s safeguarding requirements.
I work directly with primary, secondary as well as SEN schools. I spend a great deal of time getting to know each school I work with. This is to again a deeper understanding of both the pupillage and the governance of the schools.
Throughout my time working in the education sector, I have won many awards that reflect my dedication and commitment to the work I do. This has been reflected in the number of Referral’s I have gained from both schools and candidates.
I previously worked at a corporate level, but later decided to partner with GSL Education as their values were more in line with mine - specifically our focus on quality over quantity recruitment as well as the well-being of our candidates. More importantly, we take the time and consideration to get to know our candidates to find a role that best suits them.
