I am a Senior Consultant at GSL Education (Midlands) and have been working within the Education Recruitment sector for 4 years.
After graduating from Bishop Grosseteste University with a BA (Hons) in Education Studies with Special Needs and Inclusion, I decided on taking the path of supporting schools externally as an alternative to working within the classroom. With my previous teaching experience, I started as a Trainee Consultant in 2016 servicing Primary Schools across Coventry and Warwickshire to then progress as a Senior Consultant at GSL Education specialising in SEN and Inclusion within Primary, Secondary and Alternative Provisions in 2018.
I have been described as having a professional, bubbly and approachable personality by my clients and always ensure that regular contact with my schools and candidates is a priority.
Outside of work; I am a social butterfly who enjoys spending time with my family, friends and my French Bulldog, as well as keeping fit and active.
