Job Title: QTS Primary Teacher
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Salary: £120–£250 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Day-to-day / Long-term, Part-time / Full-time

Primary Teacher Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Create a positive classroom culture that encourages curiosity.
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies to support individual needs.
  • Collaborate with teaching assistants, colleagues, and parents to ensure holistic development.

Primary Teacher Job Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting (KS1 and/or KS2).
  • Strong understanding of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
  • A nurturing, adaptable, and proactive approach to classroom management.
