Location: Swale
Salary: £120 - £250 per day (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Day-to-day/ Long Term, Full time / Part time

The role:
The role will involve teaching across Key Stages within the primary setting, delivering high-quality lessons, and fostering an inclusive classroom environment. Whether covering short-term supply needs or engaging in a longer-term placement, you will play a key role in supporting children’s progress and wellbeing.
Main Responsibilities of a QTS Primary Teacher:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Teach across Key Stages, adapting to the needs of individual learners.
- Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress effectively.
- Promote positive behaviour management and a safe, inclusive classroom.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
- Encourage creativity and a love of learning in every lesson.
- Participate in school activities, assemblies, and wider community events.
Skills & Requirements for QTS Primary Teacher:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is essential.
- A degree in Education or a related field.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Passion for primary education and child development.
- Ability to adapt teaching to support a range of learning styles.
- Commitment to maintaining high expectations for all learners.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply via GSL Education.
