Job Title: Primary Supply Teacher (Part – Time)
Location: Kent
Pay Rate: £120 - £250 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: September 2025

GSL Education are seeking an adaptable and dedicated Part-Time Primary Supply Teacher to provide high-quality teaching across a range of year groups in primary schools across Kent. You will deliver engaging lessons, maintain a positive learning environment, and ensure continuity of education when class teachers are absent.
Responsibilities of a Primary Supply Teacher:
- Delivering pre-prepared lessons and adapting teaching to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Creating a supportive and engaging classroom environment where pupils feel motivated to learn.
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively and promoting positive attitudes to learning.
- Building strong relationships with staff, pupils, and parents to support school values.
- Contributing to the wider school community and ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed.
To be successful as a Primary Supply Teacher, you should:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Experience teaching in primary settings across different key stages.
- Strong classroom management skills and flexibility to adapt to different environments.
- A passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
- Commitment to upholding safeguarding and child protection policies.
- Provide a full, up-to-date CV with explanations for any gaps in employment in the last 10 years.
