Pay Rate: £95 – £120 per day

Are you a dynamic and motivated Sports Coach who loves encouraging young people to develop through sport and physical education?
GSL Education are looking for a dedicated Sports Coach to join a school in the Bolsover (S44) area. As a Sports Coach, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to use their sporting expertise to motivate pupils, build confidence, and encourage healthy, active lifestyles while supporting their academic and social development.
Responsibilities as a Sports Coach:
- Deliver engaging sports and physical activities to students across different year groups.
- Support pupils with behavioural, social, or emotional challenges, using sports as a positive outlet.
- Assist teachers in PE lessons and other classroom activities where required.
- Promote teamwork, discipline, and resilience through sports and physical education.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive environment during all activities.
Requirements for Sports Coach:
- Previous experience working as a Sports Coach or in a similar role with young people.
- A background in sports, fitness, or physical education (qualification desirable but not essential).
- Strong communication and motivational skills.
- A positive, proactive, and patient approach to engaging students.
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
- A CV covering the last 10 years, with explanations for any employment gaps.
