Are you a passionate Early Years or KS1 Primary Teacher who thrives on variety and enjoys bringing learning to life?
We’re looking for enthusiastic teachers to join our supply pool and support a number of welcoming primary schools across Chelmsford. This is a fantastic opportunity if you’d like the flexibility of supply work, while still making a big difference in the classroom.
Whether you’re looking for occasional days around your other commitments, or something a little more regular, we can offer you daily, short-term and long-term supply work to suit your lifestyle.
What You’ll Be Doing

Delivering engaging and creative lessons in Early Years and KS1.

Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.

Building positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.

Supporting pupils’ learning and development while keeping things fun!

Maintaining good classroom behaviour and following school policies.
What We’re Looking For
✅ QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
✅ Recent teaching experience in EYFS or KS1.
✅ Strong classroom management skills.
✅ A flexible, positive and proactive approach.
✅ A genuine passion for supporting children’s early education.
