We’re working with a supportive and inclusive primary school in Lancing that is seeking an enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join their team from September 2025, delivering high-quality teaching across Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2.
The Role:
• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons aligned with the national curriculum
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Support pupils’ academic progress and personal development
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community
• Promote positive behaviour with a calm and consistent approach
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in KS1 and/or KS2
• Confident classroom management and a nurturing, creative teaching style
• A collaborative and proactive mindset
• A genuine passion for helping every child thrive
