Job Title: Drama Teacher

Pay Rate: £155 – £220 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are seeking an enthusiastic Drama Teacher to join a vibrant school in Conisbrough, DN12. As a Drama Teacher, you will have the opportunity to shape students’ confidence, creativity, and emotional expression through performance and theatre arts.
Responsibilities as a Drama Teacher:
- Plan and deliver high-quality Drama lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Foster a creative and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students to express themselves.
- Lead extracurricular activities and drama productions to enhance students’ learning experiences.
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers to plan and develop the Drama curriculum.
Requirements for Drama Teacher:
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
- Strong subject knowledge and experience in teaching Drama.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A passion for theatre arts and the ability to inspire students.
- A valid, enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
- A CV covering the last 10 years of employment history, with any gaps clearly explained.
