Primary Supply Teacher
Location: Scunthorpe, North East Lincolnshire
Pay Rate: £120 – £180 per day
Start Date: September 2025

GSL Education is an independent recruitment agency, and we’re on the lookout for enthusiastic, adaptable Primary Supply Teachers to join our team in the Scunthorpe area. We can offer you a range of daily, short-term, and long-term assignments to suit your availability and career goals.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering creative and engaging lessons in line with the primary national curriculum.
- Creating an inclusive, stimulating classroom where every child can thrive.
- Using positive behaviour management strategies to support a productive learning environment.
- Teaching across different year groups in a variety of local primary schools.
What we’re looking for:
- A PGCE in Primary Education with QTS (or an equivalent teaching qualification).
- Recent teaching experience in a primary school setting.
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and teaching best practices.
- The ability to adapt lessons to meet the needs of all learners.
- A valid enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one through GSL Education).
