What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising classes during teacher absence and delivering pre-set lesson material
- Encouraging students to stay on task and engage positively in learning activities
- Upholding the school’s behaviour policies to maintain a productive classroom environment
- Supporting pupils where needed and ensuring a smooth continuation of learning
- Collaborating with teaching and support staff to ensure the day runs effectively

What You’ll Need
- A degree or equivalent qualification is beneficial but not essential
- Previous experience working with young people (coaching, tutoring, youth work, etc.) is an advantage
- The ability to manage a classroom confidently and keep students engaged
- A valid enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
