Paid to Scale (Dependant on Experience)

We’re working with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Portslade that is seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher to join their team from September 2025, delivering high-quality learning across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
The Role:
- Teach and inspire pupils across KS1 and/or KS2, delivering engaging and effective lessons
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to school life
- Plan, assess, and adapt lessons to meet the needs of all learners
- Support positive behaviour with a calm, consistent approach
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2
- Confident classroom management and a nurturing teaching style
- A team player with flexibility and initiative
- A genuine desire to help every child thrive
