What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting teaching and learning across various subjects and year groups
- Providing 1:1 and small group support to help pupils reach their full potential
- Promoting a positive, safe, and focused classroom environment
- Collaborating with teachers to deliver personalised learning support
We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children or young people (school-based or similar)
- A warm, proactive, and patient approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine interest in education and helping young people succeed
