Behaviour Mentor – Tower Hamlets

Salary: £85 – £110 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time | Long-term

We are seeking a Behaviour Mentor for a specialist school in Tower Hamlets. You will support students with SEMH and behavioural challenges, helping them engage in learning and develop positive behaviours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individual pupils and small groups with behaviour management.

  • Build positive, trusting relationships with students.

  • Work closely with teachers and pastoral teams.

  • Promote emotional regulation and resilience.

Requirements:

  • Previous SEMH or behaviour support experience desirable.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Resilient, patient, and empathetic.
