Salary: £120 – £140 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Full-Time/ Part-time, Long Term/ Day-to-day

Key Responsibilities of the Primary Early Career Teacher (ECT):
- Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons following the national curriculum.
- Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEN.
- Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assess and monitor progress, providing feedback and support where needed.
- Work closely with colleagues, mentors, and parents to ensure pupil success.
Requirements for the Primary ECT role:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending qualification.
- A passion for teaching and commitment to professional development.
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply via GSL Education.
