SEN Teacher Wanted
Location: Lancing, West Sussex
Start Date: September 2025
Daily Rate: £150 – £210 (dependent on experience)
Full-Time | Long-Term
Are you a passionate and experienced teacher with a strong background in Special Educational Needs?
We’re working with a supportive SEN provision in Lancing that is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their team on a long-term, full-time basis from September 2025.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a nurturing environment where every child’s unique needs are supported through tailored learning and a holistic approach to education.
The Role:
- Deliver differentiated and inclusive lessons for pupils with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and complex learning needs
- Develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) and personalised strategies
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and external agencies
- Foster a positive, structured, and supportive learning environment
- Monitor and assess progress, adapting approaches as needed
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Proven experience teaching pupils with SEN
- A nurturing, flexible, and creative teaching approach
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- A commitment to inclusive education and continuous professional development
