Pay Rate: £140 – £190 per day (depending on experience)

Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are seeking a passionate Teacher to join a welcoming school in Barnsley. As a Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting pupils’ academic and personal development. Responsibilities as a Teacher:
- Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in your subject area.
- Monitor and assess pupils’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school staff.
Requirements for Teacher:
- UK Qualified teacher status (QTS).
- Strong communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to differentiate lessons to meet all students’ needs.
- An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
- A full, up-to-date CV with explanations for any gaps in employment in the last 10 years.
