Job Title: PE Teacher
Location: Rotherham, S61
Pay Rate: £155 – £220 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are currently seeking a motivated and skilled PE Teacher to join a welcoming school in Rotherham. This is a fantastic opportunity to promote physical education, wellbeing, and teamwork in a positive learning environment.
As a PE Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging and inclusive PE lessons that cater to all abilities.
- Encouraging pupils to develop physical skills, confidence, and a lifelong interest in fitness.
- Managing classroom and outdoor behaviour to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
- Assessing pupil progress and providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and external providers to enrich the PE curriculum.
To be successful as a PE Teacher, you should:
- Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Have experience teaching Physical Education at secondary or primary school level.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Be enthusiastic, approachable, and committed to pupil development.
- Hold an enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.
- Provide a full, up-to-date CV with explanations for any gaps in employment over the last 10 years.
