Complex Needs Teacher – Sutton

Salary: £150 – £220 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time | Long-term

GSL Education is looking for a skilled Complex Needs Teacher to work in a special school in Sutton, supporting pupils with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) and complex medical needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet individual learning goals.

  • Work alongside support staff to deliver high-quality care and education.

  • Implement creative strategies to engage pupils in learning.

  • Maintain high standards of safeguarding and pupil well-being.

Requirements:

  • QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.

  • Previous experience with PMLD or complex needs.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
