Job Title: Primary Teacher
Location: Worthing
Salary: £120 - £200 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full-time, Long-term (Part-time roles also available)

Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding lessons that inspire and challenge all learners
- Use data and assessment to drive pupil progress and achievement
- Create innovative, engaging learning experiences across the curriculum
- Mentor and support teaching assistants and student teachers
- Lead curriculum initiatives and contribute to school improvement
- Build strong partnerships with parents and the wider community
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven primary teaching success
- Demonstrated commitment to high standards and continuous improvement
- Strong leadership potential and collaborative approach
- Excellent subject knowledge and pedagogical skills
- Understanding of safeguarding and willingness to undertake relevant training
- Enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or willingness to apply)
