Salary: £155 – £220 per day (depending on experience)

GSL Education are currently seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Drama Teacher to work in schools across the Hathersage area. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to deliver engaging drama lessons that nurture creativity, teamwork, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities as a Drama Teacher:
- Plan and deliver inspiring drama lessons that engage students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages risk-taking and self-expression.
- Guide students in developing individual and group performance skills.
- Assess and monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Contribute to school productions, drama clubs, and extracurricular activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop a rich and varied drama curriculum.
Requirements for a Drama Teacher:
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
- Experience teaching Drama in UK schools.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- A creative and inspiring teaching style with a passion for the arts.
- An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
- A full, up-to-date CV with explanations for any employment gaps over the last 10 years.
