A friendly and inclusive nursery in Winchester is seeking Childcare Support Workers to help nurture and guide children aged 2–4. This setting is built on values of compassion, curiosity, and community, offering a safe and stimulating space where children can flourish.

Responsibilities of the Childcare Support Worker:
- Supporting the care, supervision, and play of young children.
- Assisting in planning and delivering fun, age-appropriate activities.
- Encouraging communication, independence, and confidence.
- Collaborating with nursery staff to meet individual needs.
- Helping with daily routines like snack times, toileting, and outdoor play.
Requirements of the Childcare Support Worker:
- Warm, patient, and nurturing.
- Passionate about early childhood development.
- A team player with strong communication skills.
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
- Experience in a nursery or early years setting is a plus – but not essential.
- Have an up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
