Job Title: Primary QTS Teacher
Location: Boscombe, Dorset
Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-Time (Permanent)

GSL Education are seeking a committed Primary QTS Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary school in Boscombe. Responsibilities of the Primary QTS Teacher:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and leadership teams to support student development.
- Uphold high standards of behaviour and classroom management.
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development.
The successful candidate will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an ECT with strong teaching potential.
- Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and a passion for primary education.
- Have strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Be adaptable, enthusiastic, and committed to continuous improvement.
- Possess an up-to-date CV and an enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
