Job Title: Geography Teacher
Location: Bawtry
Pay Rate: £150 – £230 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Geography Teacher to join a school in Bawtry. This is a fantastic opportunity for an inspiring Geography Teacher to make a meaningful impact on students' understanding of global issues, physical landscapes, and human-environment interactions.

As a Geography Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering engaging and informative lessons across Key Stages.
  • Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Encouraging curiosity and critical thinking among students.
  • Monitoring and assessing pupil progress.
  • Collaborating with departmental staff and contributing to curriculum planning.


To be a Geography Teacher, you will require:

  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
  • Specialism or strong background in Geography.
  • Previous teaching experience within a UK secondary school.
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
  • A full, 10-year career history with all employment gaps explained.
