Job Title: Supply Flexible Teacher
Location: Christchurch, Dorset
Salary: £93 - £140 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Join our passionate team and make a difference in mainstream primary schools across Christchurch. As a Supply Flexible Teacher, you’ll bring energy, adaptability, and creativity to classrooms, supporting students in their educational journey across various subjects and age groups.
Key Responsibilities of Supply Flexible Teacher
- Deliver engaging, pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects.
- Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and teaching styles.
- Support students in achieving their academic goals.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth transitions and continuity.
- Participate in ongoing professional development.
Requirements for Supply Flexible Teacher
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Ability to teach across various subjects effectively.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Flexibility and enthusiasm for working in diverse environments.
- Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
- Up-to-date CV (covering the last 10 years with no unexplained gaps).
- Enhanced DBS registered on the update service (or willingness to apply).
