Job Title: Teaching Assistant (TA)
Location: Snaith
Pay Rate: £90 – £115 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Snaith. As a TA, you will help create an inclusive and encouraging space for young learners to thrive academically and socially. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working closely with young learners and making a meaningful impact on their educational journey.
Responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant:
- Provide individual and group support to pupils to enhance learning.
- Assist the teacher in managing classroom activities and behaviour.
- Support pupils with additional or special educational needs.
- Encourage the social and emotional development of students.
- Help maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements for Teaching Assistant:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is desirable.
- A patient, adaptable, and proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A solid understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
- An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
- Provide a comprehensive CV covering the last 10 years, with any gaps clearly explained.
