Job Title: MFL Teacher
Location: Sheffield (S36)
Pay Rate: £155 – £220 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Day-to-day / Long-term, Part-time / Full-time

GSL Education are looking to recruit a dynamic and motivated Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to join a progressive school community in Sheffield from September 2025. This role offers the chance to teach French, Spanish, or German and make language learning both engaging and meaningful.
As an MFL Teacher, you will deliver well-structured lessons that build students’ skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in one or more modern foreign languages.
Responsibilities as an MFL Teacher:
- Teach French, Spanish, or German across different Key Stages.
- Build students' confidence in using the target language effectively.
- Prepare learners for formal assessments including GCSEs.
- Employ interactive teaching methods to enhance student engagement.
- Track and evaluate pupil progress regularly.
Candidate Requirements for MFL Teacher:
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Subject specialism in French, Spanish, or German.
- Prior experience teaching MFL in a school setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and classroom control.
- Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
