The Opportunity
A welcoming nursery in Fareham is seeking Childcare Practitioner Assistants to support the care and development of children aged 2–4. This setting is built on values of kindness, curiosity, and community, offering a safe and stimulating environment where children can explore, learn, and grow.
You’ll be part of a supportive team that values each child’s unique journey and works together to create joyful, engaging learning experiences.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Supporting the care, supervision, and play of young children
- Helping to create engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Encouraging children’s communication, independence, and confidence
- Collaborating with nursery staff to meet each child’s individual needs
- Assisting with routines such as snack times, toileting, and outdoor play
