Location: Brighton
Salary: £120 - £200 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full-time, Long-term

GSL Education are currently recruiting for a dedicated Teacher to join a supportive school in Brighton. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team committed to providing outstanding learning experiences for all pupils.
About the Role:
As a classroom teacher, you’ll plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of your class. You’ll have the chance to work closely with support staff, SEN professionals and parents to ensure every child gets the best possible experience in school.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and teach creative, differentiated lessons
• Create a positive, structured classroom environment
• Support pupils’ academic, emotional and social development
• Liaise with parents, SENCO and SLT to ensure effective support
• Manage behaviour in line with the school’s ethos and values
Job Requirements:
• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
• Experience working with pupils with varying needs, including SEN
• A nurturing, inclusive and consistent teaching approach
• Strong behaviour management and planning skills
• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply)
