Location: Dinnington, S25
Daily Rate: £155 – £220 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are seeking a dedicated and inspiring English Teacher to join a welcoming school in Dinnington. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to engage students in the world of English language and literature, fostering a love for reading, writing, and communication.
As an English Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons in language and literature, helping students improve their reading, writing, and analytical abilities across Key Stages.
Key Responsibilities as an English Teacher:
- Plan, prepare, and assess work to meet the needs of all learners.
- Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and confidence in written and spoken English.
- Track student progress and adapt teaching strategies where needed.
- Contribute to a collaborative and positive school environment.
To be successful as an English Teacher, you will need:
- Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Proven experience teaching English in UK schools.
- Excellent subject knowledge and communication skills.
- A commitment to student progress and safeguarding.
- An enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
- A full CV covering the last 10 years with any gaps clearly explained.
