Supply Teachers Needed – West Sussex
Locations: Across West Sussex (including Worthing, Lancing, Shoreham, Littlehampton and surrounding areas)
️ Flexible Work: Day-to-Day Supply
Competitive Daily Rates: £120 - £140 per day (depending on experience)

We’re currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Primary Supply Teachers for day-to-day and short-term cover roles in welcoming schools across West Sussex. This is a fantastic opportunity to maintain a healthy work–life balance while gaining valuable experience in a range of settings.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)
- Confident classroom management and effective delivery of planned lessons
- Ability to quickly adapt to new school environments and year groups
- A positive, proactive attitude and genuine passion for teaching
- Up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding (training can be provided)
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
