Job Title: Behaviour Support
Location: Sheffield (S9)
Pay Rate: £95 – £120 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are currently seeking a committed Behaviour Support to join a supportive school based in Sheffield. This opportunity for Behaviour Support, starts from September 2025, is ideal for individuals passionate about supporting children who experience social, emotional, or behavioural challenges in school.
Responsibilities as a Behaviour Support:
- Provide one-to-one and group support to students exhibiting challenging behaviour.
- Work closely with teaching staff and SEN professionals to implement behaviour management strategies.
- Foster a calm, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
- Encourage positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and self-esteem.
- Contribute to behavioural intervention plans and record pupil progress.
Requirements for Behaviour Support:
- Experience working with children or young people with SEMH or behavioural needs is highly desirable.
- Resilience, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners.
- Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
- A full CV covering the last 10 years with any gaps clearly explained.
