Job Title: Primary School Teacher

Salary: Up to £200 per day (depending on experience)

GSL Education are seeking a committed and dynamic Primary School Teacher to work in a friendly and supportive school based in Sheffield. This position is set to begin in September 2025 and offers both flexible day-to-day work and long-term opportunities.

Role Overview:
As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that inspire and support pupils in their academic and personal development. Whether you're working in EYFS, KS1 or KS2, you'll play a vital role in shaping a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities as a Primary Teacher:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver creative and differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Monitor and assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Create a safe and inclusive classroom culture that promotes respect and enthusiasm for learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and parents to support pupil development.
  • Uphold the school’s values and behaviour policies consistently.

Requirements for Primary Teacher:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK is mandatory.
  • Proven experience teaching in primary settings is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
  • A full CV covering the last 10 years with any gaps clearly explained.
