Job Title: Year 4 Teacher – Primary School
Location: St Leonards
Salary: £120 - £200 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full-time, Long-term

GSL Education are seeking a Year 4 Teacher for a vibrant, well-resourced school in St Leonards. This is a full-time, long-term role starting in September and offers a supportive SLT, excellent TA provision, and well-behaved pupils.
About the Role:
You’ll take full responsibility for a Year 4 class, planning engaging lessons across the curriculum and helping children make meaningful progress. The school values creativity, consistency, and positive relationships with families.
Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality lessons for a mixed-ability Year 4 class

Differentiate activities and manage behaviour calmly and fairly

Work with TAs and SEND staff to support all learners

Monitor progress and maintain strong parent communication

Attend staff meetings and contribute to school life
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience teaching KS2, ideally Year 4

Confident classroom presence and ability to inspire learners

Commitment to safeguarding and high-quality teaching

Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
