Role: Science Teacher
Location: Dronfield, S18
Salary: £150 - £230 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Long-term/ Day-to-day, Full-time/ Part-time

GSL Education are seeking a Science Teacher to join a vibrant school in Dronfield, S18. This is a long-term opportunity to deliver engaging and high-quality Science lessons across Key Stages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver dynamic and engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Teach across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics (specialism preferred but not essential).
- Assess, track, and report on student progress.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity and achievement.
- Support students in developing a strong understanding of scientific concepts and practical skills.
- Contribute to the wider school community through enrichment activities or science clubs.
- Uphold high standards of behaviour, ensuring a safe and supportive classroom environment.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in a science-related subject.
- Proven experience teaching Science at the secondary level.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Science education.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and the well-being of all students.
- An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through GSL Education.
