About the Role
A friendly and forward-thinking primary school in Winchester is seeking a committed Academic Support Assistant to join their team this September 2025. You’ll be instrumental in supporting pupils across the classroom, helping to foster a positive and engaging learning experience for all.
As an Academic Support Assistant, You Will:
- Provide academic and emotional support to pupils
- Assist with classroom activities and lesson preparation
- Encourage a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to meet individual learning needs
- Have the opportunity to grow into a long-term or more senior role
