About the Role
A welcoming and community-focused primary school in Fareham is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant (TA) to join their team this September 2025. You’ll play a key role in supporting pupils across the classroom, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment where every child can succeed.
As a Teaching Assistant (TA), You Will:
- Support pupils in class and during small group activities
- Assist with classroom organisation and lesson preparation
- Encourage positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
- Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to meet individual needs
- Have the opportunity to grow into a long-term or more senior role
