Hours: Full-time (part-time options available for the right candidate)
Pay Rate: £13.68 per hour

About the Role
A welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Southampton is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team. You’ll play a vital role in supporting pupils across the classroom, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child can flourish.
As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), You’ll:
- Provide tailored support to pupils, including those with additional needs
- Assist with classroom activities and lesson preparation
- Encourage pupil engagement and confidence
- Support children’s emotional and social development
- Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver effective support

- Experience working with children in a school or care setting (desirable)
- A compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
