Pay Rate: £13.68 per hour

About the Role

A welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Southampton is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team. You’ll play a vital role in supporting pupils across the classroom, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child can flourish.

As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), You’ll:

  • Provide tailored support to pupils, including those with additional needs
  • Assist with classroom activities and lesson preparation
  • Encourage pupil engagement and confidence
  • Support children’s emotional and social development
  • Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver effective support

  • Experience working with children in a school or care setting (desirable)
  • A compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
