GSL Education are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join a welcoming school community in Sheffield. As a Primary Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the academic and personal development of young learners.
As a Primary School Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Creating a supportive and stimulating classroom atmosphere to promote student progress.
- Assessing pupil development and adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
- Maintaining positive classroom behaviour and fostering mutual respect.
- Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and other staff to enhance learning outcomes.
To be successful as a Primary School Teacher, you will need to:
- Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Possess prior experience teaching in a UK primary school setting.
- Display excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Be adaptable, enthusiastic, and committed to pupil development.
- Have an enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.
- Provide a full, up-to-date CV with explanations for any employment gaps within the last 10 years.
