Salary: £155 – £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-Time/ Part-time, Long Term/ Day-to-day

GSL Education are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic History Teacher to join a forward-thinking school in Chapeltown (S35) starting in September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver high-quality history lessons that engage and challenge students across Key Stages.
Key Responsibilities of the History Teacher:
- Plan and deliver dynamic lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Inspire students with engaging content and creative teaching strategies.
- Assess, track, and report on pupil progress and attainment.
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment activities and department planning.
Requirements for the History Teacher role:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching History (desirable but not essential).
- Excellent subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
- A passion for history and commitment to academic excellence.
- An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply through GSL Education.
