Pay: £120–£200 per day

Are you an enthusiastic and committed Class Teacher ready to inspire and motivate young learners? A welcoming and forward-thinking school in Worthing is looking for a talented educator to join their team from September 2025 on a full-time, long-term basis.

The Role:
- Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons tailored to meet the needs of all learners
- Foster a safe, positive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Assess, track, and report on pupil progress effectively
- Work closely with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience in delivering the national curriculum (EYFS, KS1 or KS2 – depending on placement)
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- A child-centred approach and a genuine passion for teaching
